Finding recipes that satisfy picky eaters can feel impossible. As a parent and dietitian, I know the struggle all too well. I explore kid-friendly recipes to make it easier for you to find them & regularly update this page with our current favorite dishes!
The Joy of Cooking Together
My children love to roll up their sleeves and join me in the kitchen. Whether they are stirring the batter or measuring ingredients, their excitement brings me joy! When we whip up a batch of muffins, they are excited to eat them the next morning for breakfast. Watching their skills & confidence grow in the kitchen, makes cooking as a family worth it.
Quick and Easy Dishes
What makes these recipes special is their simplicity. As a busy parent, I value meals that are quick to prepare. Most of the dishes I share can be ready in under 30 minutes. Another go-to of mine is having delicious freezer options readily available. This makes for more time to play board games with the kids, or if I'm really lucky, get 5-minutes to myself.
