Many people struggle with food due to years of dieting, food rules, and guilt that disconnect them from their body's natural hunger and fullness signals. Starting intuitive eating can feel overwhelming, as it requires unlearning restrictive habits and rebuilding trust in oneself. Despite the challenges, many find it empowering to finally eat without shame and honor their physical and emotional needs.

Over the course of a year, we will dive into the 10 principles of intuitive eating, explore body image, and work on reconnecting you with your natural hunger & fullness cues.

This course is a deep dive into the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating & exploring body image.  It is a 12-month program & requires an additional $50-55 of materials (I will provide you the links to order them through Amazon or your local bookstore).
